Anyone got a massage gun, foam roller or lacrosse ball?

I do have a foam roller, but I never use it tbh. Didn't feel like I was doing much when using it. A lot of people swear by them though

Hm that’s my fear, it’ll be another ‘thing’ that isn’t used.
The idea for them is to relieve sore muscles.
