What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
I got a nice jumper. Socks (you can never have enough socks) Whisky. Cigars. And gift vouchers. Although spending time with your loved ones is the real gift! Especially before the sherry trifle has been served!

^ haha yes, you can use it as currency in 2045.
Wow, Chess, did you really get cigars? I've never seen a cigar in real life before! I got all sorts of lovely things but one thing I got is the aftermath of too many sprouts. |

Re: What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
Sisyphus and Biscuit?
Can you give me a second please. BFG? [ *Glides across the forum with BFG* *BFG dips me in a meaningful way* *Glides across the forum with BFG* I'm sorry about that guys! Sisyphus? As presents go, a lump of coal is not that bad at all! My Grandfather used to deliver coal. But then gas started to take off. It's just a shame he wasn't delivering wholesale gas Instead. And talking of gas! Biscuit? Brussel sprouts are fantastic! Although they do make you feel like you're about to erupt. But once you get past the eruption part, then I think it makes you appreciate them even more! As for never seeing a cigar in real life. To me they're like those galaxy chocolate ripples. Although it turns out that cigars aren't that good for you. Which is why I've decided to smoke a galaxy chocolate ripple instead. Santa? What an honour to have you here! And as for BFG comment about you. I would imagine it was a typo. And something about a mig welder? Although I'm not sure what a mig welder actually is, but I would imagine it welds stuff. Anyway, I'm going to finish off the remaining sherry trifle! |

Re: What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
I've never seen a Galaxy chocolate ripple either.
Clearly I'm living one hell of a sheltered existence. Although, cigars and ripples sound like middle class persuits, so this could be why I've never been in the presence of either. I got these amazing nail art brushes and they're fun to use. |

Re: What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
I think you are right, Biscuit! I have been far too decadent over the years! I even had a king size pot noodle the other day! It's like I'm one step away from being an actual king! Or something like that.

Re: What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
Nothing as exciting as cigars or a new welder!
Santa brought the usual fare: a couple of Blu rays, shirts, some books and chocolate. And a nice bottle of plonk from work. |

I saw this cat vase on Vinted once, you’d of liked. ^ Came cross this gorgeous but shockingly overpriced decoration when Google image searching. https://lolaandsidney.com/products/c...frida-with-cat |

Re: What did Santa bring you for Christmas?
My parents got us a SodaStream.
The Pepsi Max from it is pretty damn nice, and going by the amounts the gas/syrup claim to make, it's cheaper than buying it from the supermarket (even when it's £1.50 for 2l) and involves less waste and storage space. Only thing is, we've gone through a bottle of gas already, so not quite sure it goes as far as they say... |
