I agree with a lot of the above comments. No one wants to hear about it. They can't face it.
So when I get messages on my phone saying 'I hope your okay' I feel guilty that I can't say I really don't think I can take much more.

It makes me feel incredibly sad that so many folk here are feeling that they don't want to continue with their lives although I can empathise with that feeling of wanting to no longer exist. I just hope that something good can come into the lives of everyone who is suffering and make it worth living.

Feeling so bad today I was going to do something stupid I phoned the doctor but can’t get in for two weeks, I generally don’t no if it’s worth it anymore to carry on or it’s time to say goodbye to the world, I’m not scared of doing it just worry I’ll fail and be stuck in hospital.

^ This is the thing, you could injure yourself and end up in a difficult situation. Have you ever tried contacting the Samaritans when you feel that low? You can always post here, we will all listen to you.

You deserve to feel better and I know you did have some plans, like moving, in the shorter term. Can you concentrate on just taking things one day at a time for now?

Hi Guys

I was speaking to a mental health helpline and they said I should rejoin the forum because ive had a lot of support from the members, I left because I was having a really bad day and on that day I was going to take my life, If I haven't had talked to them I would not be here now.

Theres been more drama with my dad, he said my moms had affairs with four men, he took my phone and texted my moms oldest friend about it, so now she wont talk to me anymore its been a horrible time. I hope its ok to come back.
