Thanks for all of the suggestions, I will definitely look into some of those. My appointment is in 3 weeks so still a fair bit of time before I have to go.

The hospital is Musgrove in Taunton, its quite far away from where I live, so with public transport it would require 2 buses and the appointment is at 9am, so its not really ideal with everyone...

Hm, its a bit of a long story, its health/hospital anxiety related which i get worse than social anxiety.

Thanks for the replies. There aren't many jobs in the field and im not sure if a Masters would really help that much. But its probably still worth it just for my own sanity.
