I tried taking Kalms when i couidn't sleep for two days, they made matters worse , I wouidn't recomend them they didn't make me relaxed.

Maybe horrible is the wrong word but apart from the odd few and mods most seem to be pretty bitchy and Anti NT. I don't find it as welcoming and nice as this place.
