Hi thanks. I have found my experience to be more damaging than helpful as well. I haven't been able to step outside so I'm trying to get the courage to open my front door and let a Dr in.

I sometimes get it on and off, but not so bad, depending on what meds i'm taking.
I find that drinking Shweppes tonic water helps quite a bit because of the quinine it contains.
