Re: lonely hearts thread
Tempted, not tried. As a male, I think it'd be pretty difficult to find someone. It's usually like 80% males and 20% females on a typical site. You're lucky to get a reply, if you send a message to...

Re: Um, hello...
Valerian and Skullcap is what I use, take them both at the same time, and same dose. I love this stuff, makes me feel relaxed, physically and mentally.
Passion Flower is another one you can use...

Re: ATOS assessment
So from what you've read they pretty much kick everyone off?
Jesus Christ, I have to go to one in a few days. I'm about ready to just go back on JSA. Would rather just get a job in something I'm...

Re: Herbal Remedies
Not so mild if you combine herbs and use tinctures with a decent strength. It's so powerful you have to be careful actually.
Valerian is great. I'd use Skullcap along with it for sleeping issues...

Re: Diet/Nutrient/Mindful - A few decent changes
That's great mate, good for you on sorting it without relying on a quick fix (and one that usually doesn't fix anything in the first place) in SSRI's and the even more diabolical Benzodiazepines....

Well Magnesium and Zinc you can take with any medication, so don't worry about that, they're just minerals - but most people have a deficiency of them and severe anxiety states will _drain_ you of...
