Re: This is why I don't get facebook replies and comments

Re: Wondering if anybody has experience with anti-anxiety meds?

Re: Trolls?

Apparently some people find it fun to go on forums where people posting are severely depressed and encourage them to commit suicide. People will stoop that low in this age.

Re: lonely hearts thread

Tempted, not tried. As a male, I think it'd be pretty difficult to find someone. It's usually like 80% males and 20% females on a typical site. You're lucky to get a reply, if you send a message to...

Re: Do you consider online friends as real friends?

Where do you find these people online to befriend? Most of my online "acquaintances" I've gotten from online gaming in the past, seems kind of hard to get to know people any other way through the...

Re: Is it the Tyrosine?

Yep, and it seems to "work" for practically nobody. Maybe 1 out of 10 who take it seem to reap some kind of benefit from it.

Re: Grieving loss of pet and finding it hard to want to live

Wow, that would make me very angry. Anything you can do about the dog, or its owner?

I'm sorry though, that's horrible.

Re: Um, hello...

Valerian and Skullcap is what I use, take them both at the same time, and same dose. I love this stuff, makes me feel relaxed, physically and mentally.

Passion Flower is another one you can use...

Re: Um, hello...

You got laughed at? What an arsehole. You could try using some herbs alongside your beta blockers, that will help.

Re: ATOS assessment

So from what you've read they pretty much kick everyone off?

Jesus Christ, I have to go to one in a few days. I'm about ready to just go back on JSA. Would rather just get a job in something I'm...

Re: Diet/Nutrient/Mindful - A few decent changes

Yeah good stuff mate, I just think people don't inform themselves most of the time of what really helps them heal and expect quick fixes and instant gratifications like you said. Maybe this is just a...

Re: Herbal Remedies

Not so mild if you combine herbs and use tinctures with a decent strength. It's so powerful you have to be careful actually.

Valerian is great. I'd use Skullcap along with it for sleeping issues...

Re: Diet/Nutrient/Mindful - A few decent changes

That's great mate, good for you on sorting it without relying on a quick fix (and one that usually doesn't fix anything in the first place) in SSRI's and the even more diabolical Benzodiazepines....

Re: bad bad bad

Oh, you shouldn't have a problem taking herbs for anxiety then. Long as you're not taking blood thinning medication or anything like that. And yeah, pharmaceutical drugs are something I completely...

Re: Review Anything

I'm not complaining, I'm agreeing with consensus (and adding my "two cents", as an American would say) that it's extremely difficult either way to attract the attention of the opposite sex on these...

Re: bad bad bad

Well Magnesium and Zinc you can take with any medication, so don't worry about that, they're just minerals - but most people have a deficiency of them and severe anxiety states will _drain_ you of...

Re: Ectopic/Extra Heartbeats

Yeah, they can be scary, but I'm used to my extra beats so they annoy me more than anything. Palpitations are something I'm sure everyone has experienced, since basically what they are is an...
