I don't know as I have never been on meds and want to avoid them until I've tried all possible alternatives (like CBT) first.

Thumbs up Freedom to Shine Event - If you went, what did you think

I went to the Freedom to Shine (http://www.freedomtoshine.co.uk) event yesterday.
It was a great turnout - I counted at least 50 people there.
I really really enjoyed it - I haven't felt so alive...

I wrote down how SA is affecting me - how it makes me feel, etc, (which ended up as a big long list).
