I suffer from morning anxiety to, as soon as I wake think and feel anxious about the day ahead, the only advice I can give you is to not lie in bed awake feeling anxious, it's hard but try and get up...

The doctor gave me 10mg tablets, 1 to be taken a few hours before bed, he told me it would help me sleep and help with my pain, he said i should not have any side affects as its such a low dose,...

It was used as an antidepressant years ago but it is now prescribed in a very low dose to treat skeletal pain as I think it blocks a pain receptor in the spine
