Partly for me my miracle drug is the ones released naturally by excercising and being outdoors, not sure if that counts. Even just a brisk 20 minute walk 4-5 times a week helps.

What little things do you do?
To improve your social anxiety. I have a vol job once a week but its still not enough social contact. How can you slowly improve your social skills without jumping to far in the deep end?
