I sleep ALOT...I sleep in late if I can, I sleep at lunch at work..on weekends I look forward to sleeping in and sleeping again a few hours later in the afternoon. I do think it is a habit from years...

I have been to gigs alone depending on what type of gig, can I blend in with the crowd and not look obviously alone? I would consider it. An artist I was desperate to see, I didn't think twice about...

All the time...mindfullness and meditation both teach you how to just "notice" thoughts without being too attached to them.
I get the thought, usually a visual image of some horrible anxiety...
