All the time...mindfullness and meditation both teach you how to just "notice" thoughts without being too attached to them.


I get the thought, usually a visual image of some horrible anxiety...

Thank you Medea for your support, my other cat that is 18(maybe even 19 im in denial) when she eventually leaves I may look at getting another, I know there are so many out there needing love.
