All the time...mindfullness and meditation both teach you how to just "notice" thoughts without being too attached to them.


I get the thought, usually a visual image of some horrible anxiety...

Do you mean the fact that we have an awareness of having certain negative thoughts mean that it is different to paranoid disorder, where people with paranoid...
