There are meat replacement vegetarian foods that have protein in and you can get them in ready meals and make bollognaise and things. And they are supposed to be good for you as well. :)

Yes but there are loads of things that aren't natural that people use, like computers, cars, houses etc. So if you want to be completely natural then maybe you should go and live outside. ;)
