yeah i guess ive just realised it seems very hard to change compared to other mental health issues i have.



that's good u dont feel guilty as it does feed the depression....

I've found this really hard to deal with. I've found therapy helped a lot with my agoraphobia, panic disorder. even depression a bit.
But social anxiety just won't go away. even with all the CBT...

One thought I had a psychotic disorder while another one disagreed
