It all sounds rather familiar.

There's not a lot that can be done. The anxiety get's worse and worse. It's just the beginning of a long miserable journey and won't end well at all.

No advice...

Suicide isn't easy.

You could end up being in a vegetative state or dying horribly.
The worst case is being "locked in", being 100% paralyzed and living 30 years of hell.

You can get a referral to a psychiatrist that deals with higher functioning autism but what difference will a diagnosis make? :confused:
