Finally did not let anxiety get the best of me :D

Hi guys, some of you may know I had an appointment today which I was getting very anxious about. well ..... I'm so pleased to say I fought off the anxiety, calmed myself down and went to said appointment which went really very well.

Basically myself and a select few others had been chosen to speak to the head officials at the local Richmond fellowship and how we found the service etc as users. Even the thought of speaking to officials was enough to put the frighteners on me but they actually were very nice, pleasant people who instantly made me feel welcome and able to talk without any worry what so ever.

I know it's not much but to me it's a very big achievement and something I'm able to say I did even when anxiety was trying it's best to get a hold on me enough to not go (Like I've done so many times in the past)
