Hot yoga for 1 month

Today I am buying a months membership to participate in 3 hot yoga classes a week.

For a long time I have been going through a hard time in my work like and feel that I have not been treating my body well.


I am hoping that this will have a huge effect on my mental and physical health, and if anyone wants to join me, then PM me and I will give out details of the studio which I will be attending.
