A bit of a goodish month

Good in term of what i have achieved. I have been to the doctors (well that way before xmas) i have started counselling, i have told my flat mate about my SA and depression and i have also told my mother about depression. All progress i guess :D

I do have my doubts...but yeh i would say a bit of a wieght has been lifted...still feels heavy though

Good for you Darren. It's always good to be honest with people then they know what's up and where you are. if you don't tell people it only makes it harder for everyone.
