saw the nutritionist today!
Had a appointment to see a nutritionist today. What was the really bad thing is that i had to travel to Coventry on the bus then get another bus where i waited 20m for spack bang in coventry city centre and it was really hot with all these people walking past me.
I was quite relaxed taking to the nutritionist, she was'nt intimidating at all and gave me some useful info that i needed  .

Woohoo another city centre braved by the SA army. Tee hee. Well done, bet it felt nice to come home though.

That was very brave!
I hated seeing the nutritionist i saw when i was like..14.. There I sat, fat and out of breath just to have this skinny girl tell me to eat more veg and less sweets.. Ahhh very good! Lol.. |

She gave me some good info on foods to avoid for anxiety and for gaining weight as i lost alot of weight over the years (i'm slim anyway) and recommended some b vitamins that i hope will help my mood.
I just fell on my bed when i got home i was sweating buckets and my feet were killing me. city centres + hot weather + buses =
