Another British guy, think he had dark blonde hair, he was on not long after you. Anyway, he has a series of SA videos which show him walking through shopping centres etc trying to confront his fears by videoing himself in front of people.

Shanibandangle- oh yeah..i know who you mean..his name was bulletproofmonk ..or something similar...yeah he has done quiet afew videos etc about his journey with SA,.

Thanks Soulseeker, G-1 and Autumnleaves ..i think the video touches ppl right at the heart and people can almost feel the emotional turmoil that SA brings about.

Its great to know the video is still being watched and providding a bit of support to new ppl every day ..i think its been veiwed about 25,000 times!!

I hope some more of videos like this are done but as always thats requires some one to produce it and some ppl to volunteer which isn't always easy.
