Last year. I was admitted early last year. I think I may do that. We didn't part on bad terms or anything. I suppose we just lost touch.

You are probably right. I have his number stored in my phone. I think I talked to him using a chat service thing, too. Kik, I think. He seemed like a level-headed if excitable person. I hope he's OK.

Nope, I was at work today dealing with mostly (East-West) Slavic immigrants' requests to help them with bothersome bureaucracy and form-filling, which I'm not trained to do and which isn't in my job description. They appear to think the library is a Visas and Immigration help centre or something. Calling Peter is a pipe dream.
