Default Three and a half hours

Till my first CBT session. I'm not really sure what to expect. It's only supposed to be for half and hour when last time the assessment was an hour so I guess thats good. If anyone wants to drop a pile of bricks on me or do anything else that means I can't possibly get there, then please do .

I'll report in afterwards. I know it won't be as bad as I think, it wasn't last time. I just wish my subconcious mind or whatever knew that!

Hope you all have a nice day.

Rob

Good luck with it mate!

First session, is just like having an informal chat, nothing to worry about.

Thanks it went alright. I was pretty nervous in the waiting room but once i was in there it wasn't too bad. She made me fill a little questionaire in and it was just her talking and explaining what we'll be doing and the cause of my anxiety and stuff.

Thanks Lucylou. Good luck with your assessment. I had mine a month ago. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. If you need to talk about it or anything then just give me a shout
