Smile Beat anxiety

Well, not fully. But something really interesting happened yesterday.
I had read the night before, that we should accept the anxiety and accept that what ever it is that we fear happening, we can control.

So I started to tell a story about 'The Dolphin Boy' (Dunno if you've seen it?), when I because extremely self-aware of everyone focusing on me telling this story and boom! Anxiety attack, going really red and prickly all over, but I told myself, no! Whatever has happened to you in the past, is not happening right now! You're telling a story and you fear that something will happen if you **** up or whatever.

So I continued through it and it subsided. I then sat there feeling so much confidence and happiness, because I think this is the moment my brain started to realize that its been living in the fog! Although it is still dark and extremely foggy, brighter days are coming.

Hope you can take something from this.

Peace
