Challenge yourself
Set yourself a goal or a few goals, to aim to complete within a week, a month , 6 months and a year. Be positive.
It can be anything from challenging yourself with social anxiety exposure, taking up a new hobby, changing job or just doing something that you would never normally do. Here's mine. A week - 1) To compliment 3 people on something in real life. 2) To force myself to speak at least 3 times when sat in a group every time. 3) To go to the shop across the road at least 3 times and not spend hours worrying about it. A month- 1) To make conversation with a visitor at work. 2) To ask someone out at work for a few drinks. 3) To bake at least twice. 6 months - 1) Get rid of safety behaviours, make eye contact and stop messing with my hands.
