Fitness update
I've continued with my MMA one time per week (so 3 weeks now), I also went so to some free boxing taster sessions. I would like to go to more MMA but I don't have confidence yet to go in a group.
Now, because I have some problems with binge eating (officially diagnosed binge eating disorder), I decided to hire a personal trainer to keep me on track until I re-start university in September, so I should see a personal trainer twice a week to build big muscles. This is to keep me motivated and encourage me so I keep on my fitness journey and go off the rails as I normally do. |
