This morning i was waiting outside the library for it to open the librarian came out to clear up some litter and i got chatting to her about the weather. Then i started talking to another woman who also comes to the library quite often. I could not believe how easy it was or how i managed to keep the conversation going by asking questions.

Well done goodeone! I had a situation today where I was dreading having to speak to a manager at work, but he turned out to be really nice! We don't know how it will go until we try!
