Hello everyone,

well, not much of a trophy, but a small breakthrough for me at any rate - I went to a group therapy session today and I actually spoke about my life!!! I know it doesn't seem like much, but I've been struck dumb with anxiety for months now, and just saying something about myself in a group situation felt like a very big thing. I was very afraid, but I managed it, and after I'd talked everyone was really nice to me. It's rare for me to feel accepted, and it blew me away a little bit.

So, I feel happy
(And a little sad too.)

Thats really good Oxford I know I would find it really hard to talk about myself in a group. So big Well Done.
