Went to the shops on my own

It's weird, I've been to meets on my own and got on trains on my own, but walking any distance on my own is a huge problem for me.
Whenever i go to meets, i get lifts to the train station and when im with people walking around i feel less self conscious.

But the whole thing of walking to the shops on my own has filled me with terror for ages, and today out of nicotine cravings, i managed to force myself, and hear I am shaking and sweating, but proud that i did it.

i pretended to talk on my phone as a 'prop' to make me appear more 'normal' anyone else do that kinda thing?

I HATE going out on my own, I really do. I swear people stare at me .

I use the phone trick too, but I do talk to someone, usually me mum hehe.
