Drinking more..

Ok so not exactly somethin to celebrate but let me try explain!

In the past whenever I have had a few drinks the night before or even just one or two i've always woken up the following day with a fear of being nervous, shakey and awkward around people. I think alcohol fuels this crazy thinking and in the past, days after nights out have been complete write offs and have turned into duvet days - against my wishes!

However just recently and esp this weekend I've been drinking more and forgetting all about it the next day. I even drank red wine on Friday night and I had a 10k run early the next morning. Not an athletes preparation but I do get a sense of achievement from now being able to enjoy a tipple and not be fearful.

Don't know if anyone can relate but wanted to throw it out there...

I'm just enjoying being able to enjoy a tipple and not be fearful or feel any irrational guilt for doing so.
