One can compromise lol, although extroversion and introversion don't fit a box. Eg introverts aren't always highly reactive to everything, a few extroverts are generally highly reactive like introverts.

Im 50/50 with this vid. I agree with the intentions of the vid and some ideas discussed in it, however I feel SA is a bit

The Highly Sensitive Person by Elaine Aron (audiobook). I'm not halfway through it yet but it's very interesting, includes a test to see if you are a HSP. 12 or above is classed as HSP. It speaks positively about our traits in a world that doesn't appreciate them.

Pretty much sums up the reality of getting over SA or becoming successful. Your going to have failures your going to be embarrassed and make a fool of yourself, your gonna have to 'push' your own buttons as well as others and it will be ****ing hard.
