Pub quiz!

I went to the pub last night for a pub quiz which I was planning to do on my own, now that's no achievement for me as I have done it before but there weren't any spare tables so I had a group of strangers join me at my table...now that I find scary but I managed to not be too anxious at all and we all did the quiz together...and came third, I got a lot of the answers so they were really pleased with me!!! They also said I seemed really confident which amazed me although admittedly a lot of my enthusiasm was about the quiz.

Anyway, we're all meeting up again next Sunday to try and win second or third place!!!

Thanks, I surprised myself there!!!

I also coped well with another "difficult" experience this morning, the Security team at work were short staffed so I was asked to stand in the road at the site gate stopping cars and pedestrians and asking to see their ID passes! It didn't really make me nervous at all for some reason.

I remember going to a pub quiz to meet a group of friends last year when i'd been through a very bad spot. I could have basically turned around and walked out again I felt so nervous, but I stuck it out and it was quite fun... I even plucked the answer 'shawaddy-waddy' out for my brain to win third place!!!

Its not easy-going in a pub quiz setting as there's usually alot of people about, so well done!
