There's a programme on BBC Wales on Wednesday night called Stand up to Shyness featuring a comedian called Rod Gilbert and three other people who are shy. I thought I'd post it on here if someone would like to watch it. ***9786;

I saw Rod Gilbert on the one show a while back, he said he was making a documentary on shyness, not sure if it's completed yet

Rhod Gilbert was on Radio 2 today talking about the programme, sounds good.
It's on BBC Wales tomorrow, later in the year everywhere else, so I'll be watching it on the iplayer.

Oo will give this a watch on iplayer, there's never any docs on SA so this should be interesting. I would never have guessed he's shy.
