Re: Eurovision 2024
The Netherlands have now been banned and are no longer taking part in the final!

Re: SA creeping in at church
I only ever drink a glass or bottle of water in social situations - it's so much easier!
Well done for going to church though, it's not always easy in this day and age. I was brought up going to...

Re: You know you're getting old when..
When you remember most of the DJs on Radio 2 being on Radio 1. All it needs is Jeremy Vine and Vanessa Feltz to get replaced with people like Chris Moyles and Bruno Brookes and it's complete!

Re: You know you're getting old when..
When someone writes underneath a Youtube video something along the lines of:
"I was 4 years old when Michael Jackson died and I'd never heard of him..."

Re: What job would you really love?
As a teenager I had a craving to work at HMV, doing shelf stacking and putting all the the CDs in chart order each Monday. I could have done it if it wasn't for having to meet actual people. :smash:

Re: Favourite album per decade
Not quite sure how accurate this is as I love so many albums from mainly the 80s and 90s, but these are probably my long-standing favourites.

I'm proud of certain aspects of British and English history. I also think we have some lovely countryside, towns and some interesting cities.
Other than perhaps the US flag I think we have the...

Re: Where are they now? #2
I haven't really been on here for a couple of years and although I didn't know them very well it's sad to see that Caribou (his last known username) left - and prolific poster Frusty too who was...

Re: What are your passions?
80s and 90s chart pop/dance/R&B music (and late 70s and early 2000s to a certain degree)
Scavenging around charity shops looking for cheap CDs and records of said music
Normal road cars
UK...
