you certainly choose a challenging job there vibracobra, i know how stressful something like that is and having sa or shyness makes it even harder. Maybe you could see about doing less hours or talk...

i love pot!

I agree even if your not one who gets more anxious on pot its still an escape and so hard to use in moderation!. As for ssri's on sa i found they helped me.

compared to citalopram (ssri) i found st johns wort done the same thing, took away my anxiety but didnt have the side effects like feeling spaced out in my case.

I found st. johns wort helpful for treating my anxiety issues and
