My first SASH Self Help Meeting

Hot Chocolate

Posted 13th October 2014 at 12:32 by indigo777

The new thing involved going into Starbucks for the very first time in my life. When I asked for a hot chocolate they asked for my name which threw me completely and I gave them my surname. The girl seemed bewildered by my reply and wrote Tim. Well at least the first letter was correct. If I ever go again I might give a false name like...

I read some such crap as slaves, yes slaves should be obedient...

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.

I love old trees; they have a character and personality all of their own. Many of the oldest have been through centuries of British history. Who knows how many people in different generations sat beneath them dreaming of the...

"Moving out can be lonely." Well my house isn't exactly what I would call warm and ..

Stable.

This weekend hasn't been the worst, although I do feel most weekends I have can be better. It's just as if how I spend my weekends can be alright but it's hardly ever good enough to feel satisfactory to me.

I jogged in the park on Saturday, not my first time, but it felt like my most successful jog as anxiety didn't control it and so I did what I should have. After the jog I was less nervous and felt good about doing it, now my legs feel sore. But although...
