Today I went to my first Social Anxiety self help group. Tbh, it wasn't fully what I expected, but you know what they say if you don't seek you don't find.

A few women cried as they talked in the group and in the group generally the topic was on how to deal with Social Anxiety. It was interesting listening to what others had to say. I didn't speak that much and didn't feel I was much a part of the group.

I recently stayed with my friend for several days again. It’s weird to do new things at my age but still goes to show that anything new can be awkward at first. The new thing involved going into Starbucks for the very first time in my life. When I asked for a hot chocolate they asked for my name which threw me completely and I gave them my surname. The girl seemed bewildered by my reply and wrote Tim. Well at least the first letter was correct. If I ever go again I might give a false name like...

Isn’t so much of religion quite ridiculous? Of course it really only mirrors mans culture and thinking at the time of writing and was always used to control the masses. This weekend hasn't been the worst, although I do feel most weekends I have can be better. It's just as if how I spend my weekends can be alright but it's hardly ever good enough to feel satisfactory to me.

I jogged in the park on Saturday, not my first time, but it felt like my most successful jog as anxiety didn't control it and so I did what I should have. After the jog I was less nervous and felt good about doing it, now my legs feel sore. But although...
